Three hundred people gathered in Concord on June 20 to meet on energy challenges and solutions in municipalities. Attendees included volunteers from town budget committees and planning boards, county commissioners and historic preservation professionals, city councilors, town managers and employees, police officials, and of course local energy committee volunteers.
